About the product
GeoPredium is an Urban and Rural Building Management platform, a digital tool developed by Geodouro to support the management of entities’ building inventories and the entire registration and evaluation process for these buildings.
This application enables the georeferenced inventory of urban and rural buildings owned by entities, the management of matrix and cadastral information, ownership and commercial transactions, characterisation of buildings and fractions, and association of documents and photographs, allowing for their centralised management with geographical representation.
Using GIS (Geographic Information Systems) technologies and integration with updated databases, the platform provides a comprehensive view of buildings, contributing to:
- Preservation and enhancement of the entities’ heritage;
- Management of recommendations for interventions to be carried out;
- Centralisation of building information.
Through an intuitive and accessible interface, users can consult detailed information about each building and unit, manage characteristics, locations, recommendations, evaluations, areas, ownerships and transactions of buildings and/or units, manage people, generate reports and export all managed data in PDF, Excel and CSV formats.
This platform is an essential tool for public and private entities, banks, and estate agents, contributing to the management of real estate assets.
