Geodouro is a company specialized in the area of Geographic Engineering, providing services in the areas of Geographic Information Systems, Topography, Cartography, Bathymetry, 3D Modeling, Land Registry / Land Services Infrastructure Registry and Development of Computer Applications, and Engineering in general reconciling accuracy, effectiveness and flexibility, operating in Portugal since 2000.
Since 2010, it has been committed to the development of its own products, most of which are aimed at the agricultural sector, currently having a wide range of solutions capable of responding to the needs of the several agricultural actors. Since 2019, it has also carried out research and development projects for technological solutions aimed at reinforcing the solutions marketed by Geodouro. Since 2018, Geodouro has been certified by DGERT as a training entity, with very specific training proposals offered to the market, in line with Geodouro’s areas of activity.
The ability to find quality solutions, often innovative, to solve complex problems is its great feature that makes it stand out from other companies in the field.

Geodouro favors technical knowledge and know-how, so it has its own equipment, qualified field and office technicians with experience in the execution of the several services provided by the company. In addition to the technicians belonging to the staff, Geodouro maintains partnership and cooperation agreements with other entities that allow it to extend and ensure the amount of services provided.
OUR HISTORY
Geodouro arises in 2000, establishing itself as a provider of business consulting services in engineering area with active participation primarily in the Douro Demarcated Region.
Booming in the market in 2004 Geodouro begins to include within its scope the Provision of Expropriation and Easements Services.
With a dynamic and innovative attitude, combined with an huge desire to tune in to the needs of the market which, as a result of the process of globalization of the economy, had found itself in rapid growth, Geodouro manages to establish itself in the market, starting in 2005, to be accredited by the Portuguese Geographical Institute, for the exercise of Cartographic Activities and Land Registry.
2008
Geodouro starts the implementation of the Quality Management System according to the ISO 9001 reference and in 2009 the Environmental Management System according to the ISO 14001 reference, thus guaranteeing its concern with Quality and the Environment in all its services provided. Both Systems are maintained and certified annually, which are a seal of quality and concern for the environment that we are very proud to promote.
2013
Geodouro invests in the development of its Agricultural Management Software – SIGP – Integrated Property Management System, currently consisting of a set of modules, sold independently but allowing the sharing of information between them, and which aim to respond to the needs of the several agricultural actors.
2018
Geodouro becomes a Training Entity certified by DGERT, starting to promote training in its area of expertise.
2019
Geodouro has carried out Research and Development Projects (R&DT), in co-promotion and co-financing, allowing the company to strengthen its solutions with a high factor of innovation and differentiation for the others existing in the market, as well as the creation of a network of partnerships with scientific education entities, seen as an added value by the company.
2024
Geodouro has been awarded the Douro + Sustainable Award – Viticulture Category by the IVDP (Douro and Port Wine Institute).
